UNO

The story goes back to 2016, when the founder of the company UNO met her tourism business for the first time while studying law. As a student, she took a job and started cleaning in a small boutique hotel in Italy. She realized the dynamism of working in tourism and found that this is what she would like to do. Even before she finished her studies, the company Turistikum d.o.o. offered to manage the first property. Working with this same company has brought her a lot of experience.

She still works as a manager of their real estate. As an external consultant, she is gaining experience in Croatia and Italy, in private accommodation and larger hotel complexes. It was this experience that led her to set up her own company called UNO – Management of Accommodation Facilities.

The company UNO is primarily engaged in the management of tourist and hotel facilities, at the same time we offer training for management and operational staff.

Our goal is to ensure performance, profitability, professionalism with satisfied guests, owners and employees.

We achieve our goals by analyzing the specific needs of a specific tourist facility, constantly monitoring the results and reporting to the owners.
